Manoppello¶
The pilot sites in Manoppello (Italy) includes two buildings: a Primary school and a Primary and Secondary school. Manoppello Scalo is a town in the municipality of Manoppello in the province of Pescara, Italy. Manoppello has an area of 39.5 square kilometers and is located in a hill, 250 meters above sea level, on the edge of the Maiella National Park. The area in which the site is located Pilot is slightly outside of the town.
The Primary school of Manoppello is a building structured in two floors. The ground floor is divided in 20 rooms addressed to different activities such as classrooms, refectory, administration office, etc. In the ground floor is also present an outdoor area which includes a courtyard and a technical room. The total surface area that will be involved in the EDISON Pilot at ground floor is 644 m2 wide. The first floor is divided in 14 rooms and, as in the ground floor, they are used for different purposes. The total surface area that will be involved in the EDISON Pilot at first floor is 522 m2 wide.
The Primary and Secondary school of Manoppello is a building structured in three floors. The ground floor is divided in 9 rooms indoor and 2 rooms outdoor addressed to different activities such as Store, refectory, restroom,kitchen, stairwell, technical room. The total surface area that will be involved in the EDISON Pilot at ground floor is 286.20 m2 wide. The first floor is divided in 8 rooms addressed and, as in the ground floor, they are used for different purposes. The total surface area that will be involved in the EDISON Pilot at first floor is 447.10 m2 wide. The second floor is divided in 17 rooms addressed to different activities. The total surface area that will be involved in the EDISON Pilot at second floor is 732.50 m2 wide

Service¶
In the two pilots (mnp 01 and mnp 02) are operative 81 ICT components (sensors) to contribute to the energy saving. The table below reports the number, typology of sensors and in particular the estimated amount of average 2.2 and 2.9 kWh, on monthly base, by each sensor.
